Smart Setting adalah applikasi yang membuat semacam "start menu" seperti yang ada di os windows. Start menu ini bisa diset melalui left soft key atau right soft key di hp symbian, dan apabila kita tekan makan akan muncul sederetan shortcut aplikasi yang sebelumnya telah kita sesuaikan. Fungsi lainnya adalah membuat sebuah pola "hotkey" khusus untuk mengunci keypad dan membuka kunci hp selain penguncian standar (left soft key +"*"), dan apabila mau juga bisa meniadakan kunci standar tadi sehingga hanya yang punya yang bisa membuka kunci keypad. Sangat berguna, patut dicoba
